Helping Christians in the Holy Land. Franciscan priests and brothers are the custodians of the Christian sites in the Holy Land and they are counting on our financial help to assist them in providing presence, care, and service on that holy ground. These dedicated servants of God work tirelessly to preserve the sanctuaries and shrines from the life of Jesus and the prophets. Funds collected last year on Good Friday helped to preserve 74 Christian sites and supported over 100 men preparing to be priests or brothers. Your contribution to the Good Friday collection this year will help this most worthy cause. Can we count on you?

Finding Joy After Divorce. The St. Patrick Parish Divorce Ministry will be hosting a “Finding Joy after Divorce” program beginning on April 13. Using the video series, “Living Joy,” by Chris Stefanick, this program will help participants find the faith-filled path to joy in their lives. Participants will meet once a month on the second Thursday of each month to view the video and explore and discuss strategies to help find joy in life after divorce. Date: Thursday, April 13, and then the 2nd Thursday of each month until January 11, 2024, at 6:30 pm at St. Patrick Parish, St. Francis Room, 6N491 Crane Road.
A Discernment Retreat. A special time away for women 35-55 years of age who are in transition and searching for what God is calling them to next. Fox Valley Catholic Bible Study for Women, April 13 – May 18, Thursdays at St. Pat’s on Crane Road, 9:15 am – 11:00 am. Women of all ages are invited to study The Eucharist in Scripture. A Zoom-only option is also available. A $20 registration fee includes study materials. Structured childcare is offered for children 2 yrs and older for a one-time fee of $10. Children under 2 will stay with their mothers in a special group. Partial and full scholarships are available upon request.
